We all need to read this one over and over until it becomes part of who we are!

我們須要一再的讀此文, 直到它成為我們的一部份.

HOW TO STAY YOUNG 如何保持年輕:

1. Try things you like more than once.
不止一次的做你喜愛的事務

2. Keep only cheerful friends. The grouches pull you down. (Keep this in mind if you are one of those grouches.) 只與那令你鼓舞的朋友深交. 滿腹牢騷的人將你拖垮.

3. Keep learning: Learn more about the computer, crafts, gardening, whatever. Never let the brain get idle. “An idle mind is the devil’s workshop.” And the devil’s name is Alzheimer’s! 不斷的學習: 學電腦, 手藝, 園藝 等等. 永遠不要讓你的腦子無所事事. 心靈怠惰是老人癡呆症的主兇.

4. Enjoy the simple things. 知道從簡單的日常生活中取樂.

5. Laugh often, long and loud. Laugh until you gasp for breath. And if you have a friend who makes you laugh, spend lots and lots of time with HIM/HER.

笑口常開, 常與逗笑的朋友交往.

6. The tears happen: Endure, grieve, and move on. The only person who is with us our entire life, is ourselves. LIVE while you are alive. 使你流淚的事難免發生, 但不要長久沈溺其中. 我們一生中唯有’自己’是永久的伴侶. 趁你有生之年, 好自為生!

7. Surround yourself with what you love: Whether it’s family, pets, keepsakes, music, plants, hobbies, whatever. Your home is your refuge.

8. Cherish your health: If it is good, preserve it. If it is unstable, improve it. If it is beyond what you can improve, get help.

9. Don’t take guilt trips. Take a trip to the mall, even to the next county, to a foreign country, but NOT to where the guilt is.

10. Tell the people you love that you love them, at every opportunity.

11. Forgive now those who made you cry. You might not get a second time.
